Neha Chawla, PhD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Seattle, Washington

My mission is to provide therapy that is evidence-based, while creating opportunities for greater self-awareness, compassion and growth.

In addition to indiv
idual psychotherapy, I offer training and consultation in Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), a program for addictive behaviors that I co-developed with my colleagues Dr. Sarah Bowen and Dr. Alan Marlatt at the University of Washington. I also provide 8-week MBRP groups as part of my private practice, and am involved with the continued evaluation of the MBRP program.
